Hey Hey! Here we are, another weekend, another meal plan. But, if you are getting ready to welcome Snowmaggedon, then I wish you luck. Lots of it. I am still in sunny República Dominicana and I am going to pretend like this is my [sunny and warm] home for 2 more days. We have been here this entire week, doing all the things vacationers do; eat, sleep, repeat.
In between all that, we did find a day to spend in the rainforest, we also went on a country safari, and we visited some local villages. Somewhere along the way, we also found time to go to the beach, and made sure to find time to sip on a few Bahama Mamas, poolside. Mojitos, too. Yesterday, I had 4 of them things, one after another, and couldn’t spell my name.
It was nice to have a week off, especially away from the kitchen, but now I’m thinking all about next week and heavily relying on this week’s meal plan to get us through it. Starting with that Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Croutons!
