Good morning, my friends! How are you? How was Thanksgiving? Still in a food coma? Me, too! Yesterday, in an attempt to lose the bloat, I ate oranges for breakfast and a kale smoothie, grapes for lunch, bananas and raspberries for dinner. Did it help? Yah. I feel lighter. Light-er-headed, that is! I’m starving! Today I’m making that Turkey Corn Chowder with all the leftovers, and I honestly can’t wait to attack it.
Speaking of attacking food… Look at all our delicious choices below for the week. I’m excited to try the Butternut Squash Pasta on Monday and the Chicken Caprese Skillet later in the week. We also have my Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken on the list, as well as a Pork Tenderloin, Chili, and delicious Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches. Mushroom Rice Pilaf and soft Potato Dinner Rolls are also on the menu, AND dessert!
