Friends, I had a nightmare last week. Bikini season called!

She said she was on her way.

I started to sweat like a pig. I proceeded to tell her I like my one-piece suit; she told me that even with a one-piece suit, the jiggle will continue to jiggle.

Thus, when I woke up I went straight to my email to accept the DailyBuzz Food invite for Ocean Spray’s Diet Cranberry Juice Drink Review.

Next thing I know, I’m opening up a box of goodies stashed with Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, an Ocean Spray glass, and a recipe.

The instructions were to make a Diet Mixed Berry Smoothie with the included juice.

First, I had a glass of said juice. Nice, I thought. This is really good. It doesn’t have that sweetener aftertaste. (Thank Goodness) I can do this. Let’s have another glass.

Then, naturally, I started to think – if I was a Smoothie, what kind of a Smoothie would I want to be?

Juicylicious? Berrylicious? Sweetielicious? Yes. Yes. And Yes.

This smoothie is a bright mix of strawberries, blueberries and bananas, blended with Diet Ocean Spray’s Cranberry Juice Drink and creamy fruit sorbet.

My husband was the guinea pig.

He enjoys my smoothies so he was ready to take on whatever I was about to serve him. He thought the smoothie was delicious.

I also let my mom try it. She is a fan of Ocean Spray’s Cranberry Juice, so she was very eager to try this lightened up version. My mom, the worst critic of all, came back for seconds.

I had to make another batch just to get a taste.

The smoothie was like holding a fruit stand in my hands. The mixture of berries paired with the Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice gives this smoothie a burst of delicious berry flavor, and a crisp, bold taste.

LOL…even this skinny chick is not bikini worthy by the March! Too many comfort foods to get through the winter! Your smoothie looks divine…probably a better choice for breakfast than a croissant :/

I don’t think I’ve bought Ocean Spray anything in ages but I think the glass is cool and the smoothie DOES look delicious even if it’s diet. :)
