Oh look… it’s P.F. Chang’s time again!

Surprise Surpriiiiise!

Just kidding. I know you’re not surprised. I’ve discussed P.F. Chang’s with you thrice in the last few months. Looks like I Heart P.F.!

You know how once upon a time (or in a blue moon) someone volunteers to watch our kids for an hour or two? Thanks, Mom! When that happens, we jet off and celebrate a Spongebob-free night.

Around Valentine’s Day the two of us decided to pay a visit to P.F. Chang’s and try their new Winter Seasonal Menu. I was itching to taste their Pepper Braised Beef – a marinated Flank Steak served with sliced potatoes, broccolini, cabbage, tomatoes and peppers. It.is.incredible! As in, finger licking gooooood.

Braised Beef

My husband had their Miso Glazed Salmon and he was also very, very satisfied. He’s a fan of fish and according to him, this was one of the better prepared fish that he has had.

But along with all of that, we also ordered a plate of our all-time favorite, P.F. Chang’s Mongolian Beef! I can’t go there without having a bite of the best, you know?

However, the new menu choices were endless; Firecracker Chicken, Chili Shrimp Bao, Orange Ginger Beet Salad, Shanghai Waldorf Salad, among many other things.

Also, P.F. Chang’s is celebrating the Chinese New Year by adding two new desserts and beverages to their menu. My husband could not wait to try their Red Goose Martini.

I, on the other hand…well… all I wanted after my steak was a Crimson Spritzer and a delicious Chocolate Raspberry Wonton… I LOVE that stuff!

Thus, with a Martini in his hand and a Spritzer in mine, we toasted to a happier and more prosperous 2014!

And now for the better part – I have a $25 P.F. Chang’s Gift Card to give away to one of you! All you have to do is tell me; if you win, which menu item are you going to try? Click here for the Menu.

***For a limited time, you can also visit pfchangs.com/winter to receive an offer of $10 off of a $40 purchase.

***Giveaway ends on 3/16/2014 at 11:59 pm CST.
