  1. I made this for an evening with my lady friends and they loved it and wanted more.

Delicious and not too sweet or strong. Will make again.

  2. this is just so festive! now if only it were acceptable to start drinking in the am 🙂 I guess I just have to wait until tonight to enjoy

    1. Just made this for Thanksgiving! Added in cranberries only (not a fan of sugary drinks) and a fresh rosemary sprig – so festive and delicious!

Happy New Year’s to you and your family! I love Chambord and didn’t discover it until my 30th birthday at a downtown lounge, I totally was missing out! Need to add these two liqueurs to our minibar!

  4. Hi Katerina – we have the same taste in drinks. I love the sweet stuff too 😀

Thanks so much for sharing this – one day I will try to make it too. Happy New Year!

Your posts always make me smile. I love Prosecco too, and this cocktail looks just about perfect to me. Happy New Year!

  6. I agree about toasting the end of 2015 with something special … alcoholic or not. Though if you’re with someone special, hot cocoa will do. 🙂

The chambord bottle is so pretty as is the pitcher of fruits. I have creme de cassis and OJ for tomorrow morning’s Mimosa or Buck’s fizz. I’ve also got a poached pear (cranberry mead, honey, vanilla bean syrup) that I’m considering pureeing and topping with Freixenet. (I like a dry/Brut sparkling wine.)

PS: Your post reminded me that I still have some of my dad’s home made rakia in the cupbord.
